At approximately 2301 hours, 10/04/96, I was assigned to assist on a personal

injury accident at Highway 58 and Greenhill Road. Officers Venenga and

Michael, and the Fire Department had arrived shortly before me.

I observed both vehicles off the road at the southwest corner of the

intersection. After assigning vehicle to assist with traffic control I assisted the

Fire Department and Sartori Paramedic with the victims. There were three

victims in a blue Oldsmobile which I assisted with.

Other officers were dealing with the victims in the other vehicle who were not as

seriously injured as in the other vehicle. There were two subjects in this second

vehicle. this vehicle was a silver Toyota Forerunner. These two subjects were

going to be transported to Sartori in the second ambulance. Officer Michael

advised me he suspected the driver of the Toyota had been drinking. I had

Michael follow this ambulance to Sartori for further investigation.

After all injured were transported I proceeded with photographing the scene after

equipment was brought out to me.

Numerous photographs were taken of the general area and of the vehicles. Most

photographs were taken using the flash unit. some were taken by time exposure

with and without the flash unit.

I stood by at the scene until both vehicles were towed by L & M Towing.
