I Lisa Ann Bradford, give the following statement to Robert B. Anderson, a known

member of the Cedar Falls Police Department, of my own freewill. Everything contained

herein is true to the best of my knowledge.

On 100496 around 1200 noon, I called Delonna at home and told her that my husband

Bill and I were going to Brooster's and I asked them if they wanted to join us. I told

Delonna that we were going to be there around 7:00 to 7:30 P.M. and she said that they

would be there between 7:30 and 8:00 P.M.

My husband and I arrived a little after 7:00 P.M. and Connie and Craig Young were

there before us. We sat with them and Delonna and Tracy Rokes arrived around a half

hour after us. We stood around for a while as a group and then the girls went and sat

down together and the guys were standing around and talking.

I know Tracy usually drinks beer and I saw him drinking one that night but I'm

not sure how many he had Tracy is kind of a quiet one and I usually don't have much

to say to him. Delonna was drinking beer but I'm not sure how many she had. Delonna

was upset and was talking about her mom. Her mom was having heart problems and

she was talking about that. Delonna didn't seem her self but I don't know if the alcohol

had anything to do with it. She had been crying during the day and at one point she

broke down at Brooster's. This happened around a half hour after we were talking.

We left Brooster's around 10:00 P.m. so I'm not sure what time anyone else left. I think

Connie and Craig left right after us because they had talked about getting something to

eat. I don't know if anyone else had plan's.

I've talked to Delonna since they ancient but she has seemed upset and I didn't ask her

anything about it.
