Yesterday, 10-04-96 I went home half a day from school because they

thought I had mono. Later in the night Juli called and was going to come

over for pizza with me and my dad. Juli came over around 5 or 6 pm. We

had pizza and them Tami called around 7 pm. Tami wanted us to go watch

movies at a friend's house. Tami drove to my house. Tami left her car at

my house and we took Juli's car. On the way to University Ave Juli drove

and Tami road in the front seat. I was in the back seat. We went around

University for awhile and then around 8 or 9 pm we went to Wendi

Heathershaw boyfriend's house. We watched a movie, "She Cried No", and

had popcorn and Cherry Coke.

After the movie we decided to cruise University one more time before

we went home. I called shotgun and was the front seat passenger. Tami

rode in the back seat either in the middle or behind Juli. Juli was the

driver. Juli and I were wearing our seat belts. I had my seat belt

behind my head, around my back, because otherwise it cuts into my throat.

We went around University once and then we took HWY 58 south towards

my house. I do not remember very much. But I do remember the flashing

lights. I remember having a dream I was in an accident and then I woke up

and looked around. Then I noticed the dashboard was crumpled up and everything in the car was out of place.

Juli told me she had a cramp in her leg. People from outside were

telling her not to move. Tami was unconscious after the accident.

I was taken out of the car by paramedics and taken to Covenant.

The other two girls went to Sartori. Later Tami was transported to

Covenant while I was still there.

I was released from Covenant around 5-5:30 am. My injuries are 20 stitches on my chin, bruising from the seat belt, and my bottom teeth

moved apart from hitting the dashboard.
