The Iowa Substance Abuse Information Center is a special collection located at the Cedar Rapids Public Library, 500 First Street, S. E., Cedar Rapids, IA 52401.

The mission of the Iowa Substance Abuse Information Center & Clearinghouse is to support education, prevention, and treatment efforts in Iowa, through timely access to accurate information, appropriate technology, and a well-trained staff.

ISAIC was established as a special service of the Cedar Rapids Public Library with funding from the Iowa Department of Public Health, Division of Health Promotion, Prevention, and Addictive Behavior, and the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention's National Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information. ISAIC is Iowa's Regional Alcohol and Drug Awareness Resource (RADAR) Center.
