==================================================================
I was riding northbound on Hwy 58 with my fianceé, Emily Rizner, when
we saw a truck-like vehicle go in front of our headlights at a high rate
of speed. This truck was westbound on Greenhill Rd. Because of the music
playing in our vehicle, I didn't hear or see the impact. But immediately
after impact was made, I saw the two vehicles spinning towards the
embankment. Because of the debris I saw in the street, I yell at Emily
to stop because I knew that an accident had just occurred. I got out of
the car and went over to where both vehicles were. As I was running
across the highway, a woman with the cell phone asked me what happened.
I motioned to Emily to get the cell phone, but the woman in the car told
me she had one and that she was calling 911. I then saw the two people
get out of the silver truck. I saw a man get out of the driver seat and
a woman get out of the passenger seat. I saw the woman fall to the ground
and as she was falling, grabbed the mans' arm and pulled him down to his
knees. When they stood up, they walked another five feet and then he
started staggering to the left. She tried to catch him and then she fell
again.
I ran towards him and asked him if he needed any help. He pointed towards
the blue car and said "help them." So I then ran over towards the girls
car. I walked up to the car and asked the girls if they were O.K. and if
they could hear me. The front passenger started to say, "what
happened to us" and "my neck hurts." At this time, she was trying to get
out of the car. The passenger door was open when I got there. I told her
to sit still and not to move. I also told her that somebody had called
emergency and I would be right here. She continued to try and get out of
the vehicle so I stood in the doorway and grabbed her shoulder. She then
yelled out "my friend needs help." When I looked in the car to see who
else there was, the driver was pinned up against the drivers door and the
steering wheel. Her head was bobbing like she was having a seizure and
was bleeding from the side of her face and mouth. I reached in to

turn the car off when I realized there was somebody in the back seat,
slumped over. She tried to raise up and that's when I saw the blood in
her lap. I told her and everybody else in the car to lay their heads
back, relax and don't move. At this point I was just trying to console
everybody and keep them calm because the front seat passenger was getting
hysterical. At this point, police and paramedics arrived.
